olafnes v1.0i

Though development appears to have slowed a bit, olafnes is still alive and kicking. Here are the changes in olafnes v1.0i:
  • Surface changes to multiple windows (looks better for xp users)
  • Optimization of certain portions of code
  • Added support for mapper 77
