NotSoFatso v0.51

NotSoFatso, a new NSF player by Disch, has been updated to version 0.51. This player has good NSF compatibility (at least in my experience), and features a handy song-switching interface while your NSF plays. Preliminary support for the author's NSFe format extension are included as well. The latest version has rewritten the configuration dialogs without MFC, reducing executable size and allowing the plugin to work on computers without old or missing MFC libraries.
