NLMSX v0.43

The MSX emulator NLMSX has been updated to version 0.43. Here's what's new:
  • Support for the Turbo R.
  • Support for the TC8566AF disk controller.
  • Fixed a problem with accessing drive b on the commandline.
  • Removed nlmsx.txt and added a user-manual.
