NEZPlug player added to GBS utilities

As NEZPlug supports Scott Worley's GBS (GameBoy) music format, the latest version of the player (0.9.4) has been added to our GBS Players / Utilities section. For those who are not yet aware, NEZPlug is an open-source music player for Win9x, available as a plugin for WinAMP and several other programs. It is currently capable of playing NSF, KSS, HES, GBR, and AY music in addition to the GBS format.
