New Pokemon Green translation

Markiss614 has sent news that Colosseum Translations has reopened, and released a new patch for their Pokemon Green translation, with these added features:
  • Fixed a few text over-runs in Pallet Town.
  • Added PokeDEX Discriptions for 3 starters.
  • Fixed the bug when you visit Pokemon Center for the first time.
  • Fixed spelling errors.
