New more ff3 hacks

Two more ff3 hacks have been added to the database. FF3NPC 2 and 3 are both graphics hacks that replace the main characters with sprites of the NPCs. You can download both of these hacks from our SNES Hacks page. Thanks to Xavier for the news.
