- Changed the layout of the documentation to accomodate ports.
- Added extra porting information to 'Coredocssource-readme.txt'.
- Moved many function prototypes into NeoPop.h to provide a better common interface.
- Messages now use translated strings. See below...
- Completely rebranded the Windows version as 'Win32'.
- Incorportated the Win32 version number into the 'about' box.
- Added support for translations of menu items, dialogs and strings.
