NeoMAMEw v0.37b15

NeoMAMEw which is specially made to run Neo-Geo games on windows has been released today. These are the differences to the normal MAMEw:
  • Runs only NeoGeo games
  • I've used the brand new MingW packages to compile (released less than a week ago)
  • used a modified Nasm version with (at least I've been told so) better assembling results
  • I've added the MAMEw fixes from Aaron Giles, see his site for the list
  • As usual I've added Diggerman Get it from the MAME page.
