NeoMAME v0.53

NeoMAME is based on the latest release of MAME, which only runs Neo Geo games. Here's what's new in this version:
  • Uses NJ's NeoGeo Mame driver with scanline support
  • runs only NeoGeo games
  • the latest MingW packages were used to compile
  • used a modified Nasm version with better assembling results
