NEOGEO CD 0.2.8 Fix 6 released

A new version of NEOGEO CD EMULATOR, a Neo Geo CD emulator for windows, was released. I don't know what is new because the homepage and documentation is in Japanese. Pick it up in our Neo Geo emulators section.
