NeoCPS R1.09

A new version of NeoCPS has been released. Here's what's new:
  • Update to MAME 0.55
  • Update DOS version to match the Windows one. In the future, both will be out at the same time. That's all. But I promise that the next update won't be in two months ;-) Download it from the MAME page. Thanks to Rico2000 for the news
