NeoCPS r1.08

NeoCPS is a special port of MAME that only supports Neo Geo & CPS1/2 games. Here's the following changes:
  • Upgrade to Mame 0.37 B16
  • Added support for latest CPS2Shock releases (except SSF2TB)
  • Re-added support for MGD-2 games (Super BaseBall 2020, ASO II, BaseBall Stars, Riding Hero et bien d'autres ;-)
  • Go to NeoGeo Dip switches ?!...;-)
