Nebula v2.23d

Nebula is an excellent CPS1 & 2 (Capcom) and NeoGeo emulator among other things by ElSemi. Here's what's new:
    NeoGeo CD
  • Fixed broken NeoGeo CD in the previous version
  • Fixed some protection issues in Soccer Brawl, I hope it also fixes the Disc I/O errors


    • PGM
  • Fixed broken PGM support in previous version


    • General
  • Hopefully fixed the .dat files
