Nebula Model 2 v0.7

Nebula Model 2, the Sega Model 2B board emulator, was updated a little earlier today. I would have posted it sooner, but the download link on the homepage seemed to be broken. Anyway, here's what's new:
  • Added Top Skater (no music due to missing ROMs to redump)
  • Fixed Zerogun lock-on (the time meter doesn't deplete, but it's just a graphic problem, the time actually runs out)
  • Fixed Gunblade getting stuck in the 2nd mission
  • Added an option to nebula.ini to enable the ATI clipping quick hack (ATIClipWorkaround=1)
