Nebula Model 2 v0.6

From the author of Nebula, the only Sega Model 2b board emulator has been updated! It is still in early beta right now with many bugs, but give it a try anyway. Here's what's new:
  • Added Model 2C (Fujitsu MB86235) DSP emulation. Still need info about MB86234.
  • A lot of fixes
