Nebula 2.23

Nebula is a popular CPS1/2 and Neo Geo emulator for Windows. Basically, that means it emulates Capcom and SNK arcade boards. There's really not much more else to say except here's what's new:

  • Added 1944: The loop master

  • Improved the Winamp jukebox feature, check the sample.trk file in TRACKLST for an explanation.
