Nebula 1.4a

Here's a quick update to Nebula:
  • Fixed Slammasters black backgrounds.
  • Fixed sound interpolation not working and added a filter (now 44100 Hz sounds better)
  • Added volume change emulation with the '-' and '=' keys (next to the Backspace). The
  • volume level is saved per game.
  • Fixed hangups when changing pantalla.raw Get it at the multi arcade page.
