More on the ZD Store
posted in Site News by swampgas on Jul 1st, 2001Here are the estimated sales: $ 11,751.54 - not bad for my first try at retail which started as a 4am brainstorm. And as promised, I dropped the prices...but it's not because I can afford it. It's because another "competitor" has crept up. I was hoping to wait another few weeks and to balance the books before messing with prices. It's a real shame that I started the ZD Store to help pay the hosting bills of ZD and now it's turned into site wars between emulation sites. Now there's less money to go towards the bandwidth bill. Either way, thank you for your continued support...now enjoy a pop-up free site and get ready for the summer contests. $ 50? Free GBA? Some ideas for prizes...stay tuned. It's time to have some fun :)
