Changed EEPROM and savestate filenames to use the game name rather than the internal number.
Arabian Fight protection fixed.

Hopefully fixed the problem with uncalibrated joysticks.
Fixed crash when pausing with sound disabled.
Second screen is cleared correctly in dual monitor mode.
Fixed a sprite positioning bug.
Fixed a rare hard-to-notice off-by-1-pixel sprite positioning bug.
Fixed Alien3 controls for player 1.
Fixed start and coin inputs for Alien3.
Fixed color 0 masking with lineselection and scrolling.
Fixed a bug in mouse steering.
Implemented experimental trackball support for Sonic.

Grab it from the Windows Multi-Arcade emulators or the Unix Arcade emulators. Kudos to NowInc for the heads up.
