Aaron Jacobson writes in to say the he has updated mKedit a Super Mario Kart course editor. The following is new in this update.

Fixed the Drawing Routine.
The sliders now work on the scroll bars.
Now allows EXPORTING to ROM from an exsisting file.
Added Offset for Choco Island 1 to the Couse List.
Fixed up Logo.
Fixed a NASTY Nasty flaw that made Importing to the ROM not work if there were SPACES in the path to the needed files.
