Meridian GBS Winamp Plugin v0.1a

Meridian, author of Meridian Advance, has developed a new GBS (GameBoy music) plugin for Winamp. This actually isn't the first version, so here's what's new:

Fixed CPU bugs that make several songs work that previously didn't work. However, some songs still don't work such as the Zelda games.
Added oversampling into the output.
Fixed the visualization synch.
