MatrHex v1.00beta

Tim Adams wrote in to tell us about a new ROM hacking/translation utility called MatrHex. It is similar to Thingy32 and is written from scratch in Visual Basic. The author reminds everyone that this is a beta, so feel free to contact him with any bugs you may find.
