MAMEoX v0.74.1b

- Incorporated 0.74 MAME core
- Some fixes for vector games
- Analog input for pedals is fixed
- Now uses a graphical progress bar
- Fixed some problems with vector games
- Now warns you if the XBOX clock isn't set
- Fixed screensaver bug
- Fixed problem with 2 bpp paletted PNG files
- Many game-specific fixes
