MAME32FX v0.86u5

MAME32FX, a variant of MAME with lots of improvements and fixes, has been updated as well. Here is what's new:

Updated to MAME 0.86u5 - MAME32 0.86u3
Re-added Autofire support. (Removed in 0.84u1).
Added shortcut key to toggle Autofire on/off. (END)
