MAME32FX v0.78u1

- Updated to MAME 0.78u1 - MAME32 0.78
- Adjusted vsync refresh to 55.16 Hz in Demon's World and clones.
- MAME32FX is not longer UPX'ed to gain at least 20 MB of free ram space.
