MAME32 Sharp v0.57

It's only difference is that if you use the RGB triad of 4 pixels effect, it produces a much better looking stretched effect than regular video memory induced blurring on modern cards. This version also adds support for Marvel vs. Capcom. You can try it out in the MAME Emulators area.
