MAME32 Plus! v0.88

- Updated to MAME 0.88 and MAME32 0.88
- Fixed a mame32 bug in history tab option (default to show history on all tabs)
- Fixed Kreed's filters with the following config: -nowindow -nohws -nod3d -triplebuffer
- Fixed a compilation bug in debug build
- Full sound support and fix sasuke enemy generato
