LissNES v1.06

- Rewrote some DirectSound code, sound replay is much more cleaner.
- Support for 16 bit sound.
- Added a simple lowpass sound filter.
- Fixed controller config dialog as was broken in last version.
- Added joystick support.
- Fixed a VROM/VRAM reading bug.
- Option for Nesticle's palette.
- Support for 'Color Emphasis Bits' and monochrome mode from reg $2001.
- Fixed a palette bug.
