Kega 0.02

- Added workaround for bug in Nero's WNASPI32.DLL.
- Added the "incorrectly named ROM" fix to the ZIP support.
- Rewrote a SegaCD fix.
- Many compatibility fixes.
- Added YM SuperHQ mode.
