Hu-Go v2.09 Windows and Linux

Hu-Go is a Turbo Grafx 16 emulator for DOS, Windows, and Linux. Only the Windows and Linux versions were updated in this release however. Here's what's new:
  • Removed all Allegro references, switched to SDL!
  • Improved synchronization.
  • New sound engine .
  • Externalized bios.
  • Somes fixes, this and there.
  • Russian version.
