HQ Manual Scans

The newest additions are GBA and PC Engine manual packs, both v1.00. The GBA pack weighs in at 211MB and contains 158 manuals, while the PCE pack is 76.9MB with 33 manuals. Keep in mind that these are only available as torrents, so help them out and share!
