- Option to configure keyboard assignments
- Load/Save of a setting to the registry. Settings are saved under HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software/Hoxs64
- Minor Vic-II fixes. Hoxs64 can run all screens in the "Ice Cream Castle" demo by Crest without glitches
