Highly Experimental v2.01

- Core (emu0007a): Fixed a stuck-on-seek bug
- Added underflow check to the "Simulate Frequency Response" filter. Though this problem would never have appeared as long as the silence suppression options were on
- Added "Downsample PSF2 to 44100 Hz" option
