GNES is a Japanese NES emulator for Windows. Here's what's new:
  • Slightly speeds up C Core.
  • Now can setting FPS option in GUI
  • More accurated Auto-frame skip and waiting.
  • Added option to on/off horizon sprites limit.
  • Fixed Sunsoft FME7(Gimmick!) extension sound.
  • Fixed NAMCO106 extension sound.
  • Updated MIDI sound emulator with the latest version of nsf2midi, now support music definition file(mdf) used by nsf2midi, and added frequency change feature.
  • Fixed bug that cause error when loading file which has uppercase extension.
  • Fixed bug in Win2k that can't load file from recently opened file history.
  • Added sound wave table viewer.
  • Viewers of palatte table, name table and pattern table has been improved(more information and compacted size).
  • Added viewers for sprites memory, PPu memory, PPU/APU register and mapper status.
  • Fixed CPU core and APU-IRQ processes in debugger.
  • Added stack, PC trace and register editor features to debugger.
