Glukalka is a emulator of ZX Spectrum 128K for machines running Linux and the X Window system. Here's the list of the features:
  • Emulates ZX Spectrum 128K. Programs for ZX Spectrum 48K also works fine.
  • Emulates Spectrum's AY-3-8910 chip on workstations with sound card.
  • Graphic User Interface using OSF/Motif®.
  • Joysticks: Kempston and Sinclair using keyboard.
  • Virtual Tape - not only tape emulation - This is emulation of real tape recorder. It's possible to load programs from real tape recorder using sound card. Virtual Tape also contains tools for recovering unreadable tapes and for using .tap files.
  • Snapshots: .Z80 - read and write; .SNA - 48K only read only.
  • Support for 8/15/16/32-bit color resolutions.
  • Normal and double screen size.
