GLECK 0.0.5
posted in Emulator Release by outsider on Aug 3rd, 2001
GLECK is a Spectrum emulator for Windows. Here's what's new in this version:
Two different versions of GLECK: one optimized for Intel Pentium and AMD processors, an another optimized for Pentium Pro or better (Celeron, PII, PIII).
BetaDisk support for Russian clones (Pentagon, Scorpion).
Select block in TZX is now handled.
Keyboard layout has changed:
- Right Shift now equals Caps-Shift.
- Left Shift now equals Symbol-Shift.
- Caps-Lock now equals Caps-Shift + 2.
- PC's cursor keys now equals Spectrum's cursor keys.
- Left and Right Control keys now are only used for joystick emulation.
New option to modify the Spectrum's palette.
Improved emulation speed.
Less crashes (some left, though).
