GLECK 0.0.5

posted in Emulator Release by outsider on Aug 3rd, 2001

GLECK is a Spectrum emulator for Windows. Here's what's new in this version:
  • Two different versions of GLECK: one optimized for Intel Pentium and AMD processors, an another optimized for Pentium Pro or better (Celeron, PII, PIII).
  • BetaDisk support for Russian clones (Pentagon, Scorpion).
  • Select block in TZX is now handled.
  • Keyboard layout has changed: - Right Shift now equals Caps-Shift. - Left Shift now equals Symbol-Shift. - Caps-Lock now equals Caps-Shift + 2. - PC's cursor keys now equals Spectrum's cursor keys. - Left and Right Control keys now are only used for joystick emulation.
  • New option to modify the Spectrum's palette.
  • Improved emulation speed.
  • Less crashes (some left, though). Get it at the Spectrum Emulators page.
