Genesis Cheating Utilities

I've added four editors to the Genesis portion of the
Cheating Utilities page.
Phantasy Star II Inventory Editor (DOS) - Lets you edit Rolf's inventory.
Phantasy Star III Meseta Utility (DOS) - Allows you to change how much money you have.
Phantasy Star IV Editor (Win9x) - For Genecyst Save States - lets you change any character's stats.
Shining Force II Editor (Win9x) - For Genecyst Save States - Any character's statistics can be altered.
If anyone knows of any other Genesis editors, let me know!
