Gcube 0.3

Gcube, an open source GameCube emulator for Windows, Linux, and now Macintosh, had version 0.3 released yesterday. New features include:

should now work on mac os x
basic hle system
function mapper
fixed a few problems with pad emulation
further debugger improvements
killed some ugly cpu bugs
fixes here and there
