G-NES is a NES emulator for Windows. According to elingo, this is what's new:

It is a cancellation of detailed something wrong That doesn't make much sense does it? I think it's safe to assume that it's some sort of bug fix. Get G-NES at the NES page. Thanks to Nite-Shadow for the news.
