I updated my Final Fantasy: Mystic Quest editor. Now you can edit Items (not the top row) and magic using check boxes. The only downside I see is that if you want to edit the magic and items, you need to overwrite the current settings. It is good in a way that you only get the items/magic you want. The reason I'm doing it this way is that I don't want to write the code to check for every possible combination of the items and magic, and pre-check the check boxes.
