Final Fantasy 3(US) Spoof v0.2
posted in Translation News by narvick on Oct 24th, 2003Daniel has let us know about urd_san's FF3 spoof hack. Among the things changed are lots of dialogue changes, some graphical changes, world map changes. This patch has been out for awhile now, but here's what's new in the patch:
- A couple of dialogue edits were fixed, more dialogue and item edits were made. The dialogue is editted up to the point where Locke and Terra flee Narshe and head south to Figaro
- Not all characters can use Magic now; the Magic ability was removed from non-mage characters. Only Terra, Celes, Strago, Relm and Gogo are allowed to use magic
- The game does now include some sexual content (and will go for a more mature theme throughout the remainder of the game). I have changed the opening disclaimer accordingly
- Above the Returner's Hideout is a landbridge from Narshe to Nikeah. I have included LOTS more convenient shortcuts to the map. Locke has a Moogle Charm equipped to make exploring more fun. Just unequip when you get bored of not fighting. Edgar has a Charm Bangle, so get him if you want to explore a little more and fight a little less.
