New Final Burn! This one adds support for X-Men:COTA (Ver 3.00) and Street Fighter 2. Also some other fixes:

Added region switch to Super Street Fighter 2

Added region switch to Super Street Fighter 2 Turbo Grab it from the Multi-arcade emulators.
