Final Burn Kaillera Alpha 4

Final Burn Kaillera is an unofficial version of Final Burn that adds Kaillera support. Here's the changes:
  • removed some warnings in the source code
  • uses v0.129 source code patch from loopmaster (adds all cps2 games, etc...)
  • enabled keyboard in kaillera window chats while playing
  • added chat code from smame (use the 'T' key while playing) Get it from the Multi Arcade Emulators page. Thanks to Emu X Haven for the news
