FCEUltra v4 for XBOX

There is a new release of FCEUltra for the XBOX. The changes are as follows:

Relax Network Sharing
Option to not have BGM play when you start ROM
Delete Screenshots from the "Browse Screenshots" option
Specify a default ROM directory in the FCEU.INI file

We can't offer this emulator for download because it uses XDK.
