FCEUltra v0.97.4

Another bugfix release by Xodnizel was released for FCEUltra, making that 5 releases of some kind in 4 days! Here's what's new:
  • Fixed another obscure PPU emulation screen corruption bug
  • Added support for Game Genie cheats in the cheat interface
  • Windows: Reworked the cheat interface, merging the cheat search and cheat list windows into one
  • Windows: Greatly improved the CPU debugger. The code still needs a lot of cleaning, though
  • Readjusted VRC6 IRQ emulation timing
