Famtasia v6 Beta

- Fixed triangular wave and 4008 sound length register
- Fixed start-up by a rectangular wave and 4003 writing. (message sound of DQ)
- Fixed NSF bank changing and initial loading address
- Namco106 is added to the NSF sound source.
- Addition of icon by (*cashion*)
- UI making of NSF
- Returned it to the method so far so that the noise was frequently on a roll when DSound was not used. (Please adjust the latency of setting DSound to 1Fr to do as well as the previous version. )
- When it is time when it uses DSound, and the locked size of the buffer is an odd number It is corrected not to have written the last one byte. (The noise did not field. )
- When DSound was used, the buffer was initialized in the beginning.
