English table for Final Fantasy 5 (SNES) updated

Russell Hicks writes: Hi, this is actually a resubmission of the English table for Final Fantasy 5 (SNES) which I originally submitted earlier this year; there was a whole bunch of stuff I'd forgotten to put in it (numbers, punctuation, dual-character tiles).
