Emul80 v0.11 Beta

- MASSIVE speed increases. Should achieve 0.5fps on a 386SX-16!
- Control emulation! Nothing in-game yet, but at least you don't have to give it the three-finger salute when you want to quit.
- Improved graphics emulation. Still not perfect, but doesn't display total garbage.
