EmilNES Beta 2
posted in Emulator Release by narvick on Aug 14th, 2004After 5 releases through beta 1, the second beta of EmilNES is now available. Compatibility has been increased a good bit in this version. According to the author, classic games like Zelda, MegaMan, Final Fantasy, Ghosts 'n Goblins, Castlevania and more are now playable but sound still has not been implemented yet. What's new:
- Mapper #2 and #3 emulation
- Mapper #1 emulation (still preliminary and incomplete)
- One CPU core bug fixed
- Two PPU buf fixed
- Added option for changing into trace mode in the middle of the execution (press 't')
