EmilNES Beta 1 4th Revision

The newer NES emulator, EmilNES, was updated today to a new revision. Only the Windows version has been updated for now. The author also states that this version is dedicated to all of the victims of the terrorist attack March 11th in Madrid. Here's what's new:
  • Some minor PPU bugs fixed
  • Implemented V and H background scrolling (but it's still incomplete)
  • Added EmiLAUNCHER, a pseudo-GUI. No need of command line any more.
